Facility Size

The size of your office plays an important role in determining the cleaning cost. Here’s what we mean by each option:

Small Facilities: Typically host around 1-3 employees and covers around 100-200 m². Think small start-up, vet clinic, or small retail space.

Medium-sized Facilities: Suitable for roughly 4-10 employees with approximately 200-500 m² of space. Think gyms, medium-sized offices with mixed meeting rooms and open-plan layouts.

Larger Facilities: Best for large spaces like commercial office buildings, supermarkets, warehouses, etc.

Depth of Clean

Depending on how thorough the cleaning needs to be, choose from the following:

Standard Cleaning: Regular cleaning that covers basic tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising common areas. Your regular cleans we all know and love.

Deep Cleaning: A more thorough service that includes cleaning in harder-to-reach areas and a more detailed approach to all surfaces. Targeting carpet cleaning, detailed window cleaning, and getting in those nooks and crannies.

Cleaning Frequency

The frequency of cleaning is important for providing an accurate estimate. While we can't tell you how many cleans you need at this point, we always advocate for regular cleans to keep your space hygienic.
